Our 2021 Chardonnay comes in a bit lighter than half of our crew likes it, and spot on where the other half reckon it should be.
 
It's a lighter style Chardonnay with onlya hint of Oak and we reckon it pairs well with chicken, not those from our flock, but the cooked type.  Fish is also going to nestle up against this and help you smash out a couple of bottles before you ask where were the chips?
