The first of many single vineyard Pinot Noirs we have in our bag.
 
Made from the same single vineyard year after year, nestled deep in the Peninsula's best vineyards.  Picked at its prime, this beautiful lighter but full favoured Pinot is really well matched with stuff like Duck, from Peking not our dam.
 
Hand picked by patient grape loving people, then fermented and gently pressed by hand, well a big old fashioned basket press, to be exact.  We then age it in a mix of old and new French Oak barrels, tasting along the way.  We then hand bottle and hand label, apologies if some of them aren't straight! and send straight to you.
